ISA (UK) is pleased to introduce Cristal Tower, the new upright display cabinet for cream cakes, ice cream, chilled desserts, pastry products, chocolate and pralines. The Cristal Tower is ideal as a centrepiece display in retail environments such as delicatessens, patisseries and bakeries, or in foodservice areas such as hotels, restaurants and cafés.
The Cristal Tower provides clear, all-round visibility of the products which captures attention and generates ‘food appeal’, enticing customers to buy. The excellent visibility is thanks to the carefully thought out LED lighting, the large areas of glass and the five transparent shelves which can each hold 25kg. The Cristal Tower, available in two sizes, makes a great sales tool offering a large display capacity from a relatively small footprint - ideal where space is at a premium.
Design and engineering excellence combine to make the elegant and practical Cristal Tower a long-lasting, energy-efficient, value-for-money sales tool. The sturdy steel one-piece construction permits a minimal frame profile, giving better visibility and greater internal display space. The use of energy efficient LED strip lighting provides superb display illumination without adding heat to the interior. To reduce environmental impact, noise levels have been minimised, R404A refrigerant is specified and the ecologically-friendly insulation is polyurethane (HCFCs, CFC,HFC free) foamed with CO2.
Cristal Tower is available in four versions to suit a variety of product storage requirements. The RV TB/TN ventilated showcase is dual temperature (-18°C/+10°C), adjustable for negative and positive temperatures, ideal for ice cream cakes, ice cream, chilled desserts and pastry products. The RS TB static showcase is negative temperature (-15°C/-18°C), ideal for frozen desserts, ice cream and ice cream cakes. The RV TN ventilated showcase is positive temperature (+1°C/+10°C), ideal for pastry products. The RV CH ventilated showcase with relative humidity control, is positive temperature (+14°C/+16°C), ideal for chocolate and pralines. The refrigeration system maintains excellent temperature control to Climate Class 4 (+30 ° C/55% RH), even when there are frequent door openings.
For practicality and ease of use the Cristal Tower features; a front control panel with touch pad system; electronic control with high/low temperature alarm; open door alarm; on/off touch lighting switch; on/off touch mains switch; completely replaceable tempered glass structure; full access to the condensing unit from the front and rear; self-closing door; and double pivoting wheels (two with brakes) for safe and easy handling.
A number of optional extras can be added to make the Cristal Tower even more appealing and easy to use. Automatic door operation can be specified - this is activated via the touch pad system. The door opens automatically after touching the pad and, after access, the system automatically invokes the self-closing mechanism and the door closes gently. Additional lighting can be specified in the form of a base shelf with LED lighting.
