ISA’s New Fiji

ISA (UK) has announced the UK launch of the ISA Fiji scooping ice cream cabinet. Offering performance identical to the popular ISA Samoa model, the Fiji is a compact, cost-effective, entry-level alternative for the professional display of scooping ice cream.
With seven models to choose from the Fiji allows the display of between four and ten standard 5 litre containers (with an equal additional layer of storage below) and between four and fourteen 4.75 litre containers. Product visibility is excellent thanks to the wrap-around tempered glass canopy with internal lighting. The units feature four pivoting castors for easy handling and location.
The Fiji is a plug-in unit manufactured to ISA’s exacting energy and ecology standards. The built-in, energy-efficient hermetic condensing unit features electronic control and automatic hot gas defrost. The one-piece body boasts ecological, CO2-foamed polyurethane insulation which is totally HCFC and HFC free. The epoxy powder painted carbon-steel frame ensures the unit is robust and long-lasting even when used outside for long periods.
Optional extras include a cone holder, a scoop washer with either a stainless steel or a plastic container, a front glass riser and stainless steel gelato containers in two sizes.
ISA (UK) is dedicated to supporting its customers and end-users in the UK, whether for single items or for complete projects. The company offers not only comprehensive sales and technical support but also customises, delivers, installs and commissions equipment. These services, together with maintenance programmes, are also available through an extensive dealer network. The full range of Tasselli and ISA products and shopfittings are supplied exclusively in the UK through ISA (UK), the UK division of ISA S.p.A, Italy.
