With its crisp modern styling the newly launched Mito from ISA offers a versatile range of ice cream and pastry cabinets with excellent product visibility. Straight and curved modules can be multiplexed to create counter runs to suit any space - ideal for ice cream parlours, pastry shops and café/bar applications.
The choice of modules includes different length straights and curves - all available as ice cream or pastry sections. Cabinets are available in an almost unlimited choice of colours to match any décor style. Different materials are also available, including a high-tech, carbon-fibre look.
The Mito’s excellent visibility is achieved by using a single front support, giving a non-obstructed view of the food displayed. The tempered front glass structure is top opening with gas support struts, enabling easy cleaning and merchandising. Units are available with two or three shelves, with or without pull-out drawer.
Each module is available with one of three different refrigeration systems to suit any requirement. The Mito VGW offers high performance refrigeration with low energy consumption. The Mito VGF has a double row of ice-cream containers on the display area and features a double evaporator (front and rear) that allows storage space below the ice-cream displayed. The Mito VGV features a double evaporator with dual airflow giving particularly good uniformity of the temperature throughout the cabinet.
In line with its Ecology Project all ISA products use 100% HCFC-free polyurethane insulation systems.
