Caterers throughout the UK are appreciating the benefits of the relaunched ISALAB range of stainless steel refrigerated bench and upright cabinets from ISA (UK).  Kitchen operators will be particularly impressed with the excellent energy efficiency across the range, giving economical running costs from a professional cabinet.

A key difference of ISA’s cabinets is that the cooling performance is calculated and tested using practical operating conditions; that is, assuming the door will be opened and closed frequently throughout the day and that a normal ambient temperature of 30 degrees Celsius is realistic.  This enables operators to accurately calculate running costs and, ultimately, determine the true return on their investment.

Typical in the range is the ISA GE.  Appropriate for a wide variety of applications, the GE features a 304 stainless steel interior and exterior – made especially easy to clean with radiused corners.  The doors have a full-length integral handle, are lockable and can remain open at 180 degrees for ease of loading and unloading.  Doorframes are heated on freezer versions.  The GE is mounted on braked castors as standard, which allows the unit to be moved for cleaning access.  Electric defrost is standard, and can be set via the electronic control panel and display.  Remote application versions are available.

In line with its Ecology Project, all ISA’s new products are 100% HCFC-free, using eco-friendly gases in their refrigeration systems and HCFC-free polyurethane for insulation.

ISA (UK) is dedicated to supporting its customers and end-users in the UK, whether for single items or for complete projects.  The company offers not only comprehensive sales and technical support but also customises, delivers, installs and commissions equipment.  These services, together with maintenance programmes, are also available through an extensive dealer network.  The full range of Tasselli and ISA products and shopfittings are supplied exclusively in the UK through ISA (UK), the UK division of ISA S.p.A, Italy.
