ISA Introduces Millennium Pastry

ISA has announced the launch of their new Millennium Pastry display cabinet.  Utilised either as a stand alone display, or in a counter run combined with the popular New Millennium professional ice cream scooping cabinet, the Millennium Pastry offers enhanced food appeal, an ergonomic design and a range of finishes to match any retail space.  The new Millennium range is perfect for patisseries, ice cream parlours, cafes, bakeries, sandwich shops and food service operations.

Food appeal is improved through the use of an inclined display area and electronic lighting for all shelves.  Well-illuminated, forward-tilted food, combined with glass side panels, allows customers greater visibility of product which can lead to increased sales.  The cabinet is ergonomically designed for ease of use – for example, the curved front glass opens with power-assisted pistons for cleaning and merchandising.  The side panels are perfectly aligned with the glass panels to optimise space, assist with hygiene and ensure counter runs appear continuous.  The high quality finish, distinctive of the whole Millennium range, is available in a range of standard colours and designs, including the popular ‘Millefiori’ – a thousand flowers.

In line with its Ecology Project, all ISA’s new products are 100% HCFC-free, using eco-friendly gases in their refrigeration systems and HCFC-free polyurethane for insulation.  The Millennium Pastry is available either as a remote unit or an integral unit with built in condensing unit.
